CPIML Bihar State Secretary Kunal on 16 May 2021 strongly condemned the arrest of popular CPIML leader from Bihata and Patna District Committee member Comrade Gopal Singh. He said that during this Covid pandemic while people are advising that prisoners should be released, there is no justification for the arrest of Comrade Gopal Singh.
Comrade Kunal pointed out that those who are risking their own lives to serve the people in this crisis and are exposing the government's failures are being deliberately targeted by the government. Gopal Singh has been arrested out of political malice.
