Firing and Killings in Begusarai

CPIML Bihar State Secretary Kunal on 14 September condemned the shooting in Beguserai by criminals injuring 10 people and killing one person. In view of the nature of the crime he demanded a high level enquiry into the incident.

The incident of indescriminate firing on a long stretch of highway by motorcycle borne persons in which one innocent was killed and dozens injured needs deeper investigation. Four persons have been arrested by the police who have direct links with the BJP party. One Naga Singh who has been arrested is the son of a local BJP leader.

CPIML Bihar state secretary Kunal has demanded from the Bihar government an investigation into the actual motives of the criminals. He said that it appears to be a conspiratorial crime intended to spread terror among the common people, especially the downtrodden, dalits and poor. This is not an ordinary crime he reiterated.

Comrade Kunal told to the media persons in Patna that BJP MPs Giriraj Singh and Rakesh Kumar Sinha are openly speaking in favour of the arrested shooters.
