Comrade Kapil Paswan, 70 was a long time member of the CPIML. He passed away on 30 October after a sudden illness in Arrah (Bihar). We will remember him for his simplicity and commitment with with he always tried to implement every mass campaign and party programme with great enthusiasm. His passing is a big loss for the party in Bhojpur.
